All of the scouts going on the trip need to bring thier forms and five dollars on Monday night( the form is enclosed)

Patrol Leaders!: be sure you create a duty roster and a menu in patrol meetings Monday.

Monday night is the last chance to pay your $5.00 camping fee. (Scout or Scout Leader) Cash or check should accompany attached form. Each Scout and Scoutmaster should also come with $8-$10 cash to pay the Patrol Grubmaster.
Scout Leaders will eat with the Patrols and so will our visiting Webelos and Webelos Leaders.
Each Patrol should plan on 5 guests for each meal.

Location: William B. Umstead State Park, north entrance off of Glenwood Ave.
Gates are open daily from 8am-6pm
Scouts should be dropped off at the “Youth Camp” between 5-5:30 on Friday afternoon. If you can not arrive until later, please call Mr. Knight and we can shuttle you to the campsite from the main entrance. His cell number is 601-4315. It takes a few minutes to get there from the main entrance. See map.

Pick up time is 10am-12:30 on Sunday.
Since many of the Scouts are involved in a Jamboree Troop meeting on Saturday morning, you are encouraged to camp and leave to attend your Jambo Troop meeting! We need your participation at the camping trip! This is the first camping opportunity for our new leaders. We need MAX attendance!
Everyone will have a chance to both bike & hike! Make sure you bring appropriate gear & clothing for both, especially your helmet!
